  • Yes. Whether you’re a tech startup or a family-run shop, we tailor tools, workflows, and examples to your needs.

  • If you're planning to hire or train others on your team, you may be eligible. Contact us and we’ll walk you through the options.

  • Any B.C.-based business that’s been operating for at least one year and is in good standing with the province. You’ll need a Business BCeID to apply, and each trainee must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person.

  • ETG reimburses 80% of the cost—up to $10,000 per employee. Your share is only 20%. That works out to as little as $200–$400/month per person, depending on your cohort size and customization.

  • You (the employer) must apply directly through the province’s grant portal. We’ll provide a training plan template, help you identify outcomes, and make sure your application aligns with the program's criteria.

  • Right away. ETG funding is first-come, first-served and often runs out before the fiscal year ends. We’ll help you get in before it’s gone.
